Neuromodulators temporarily relax the specific muscles that create expression lines, softening wrinkles in the upper face. We carry all five, and they differ in onset, spread and how long they last. The right one depends on the area treated and how you have responded to treatment before — if you have been treated elsewhere and were happy, we can match it; if you were not, that is usually a question of formulation or technique worth talking through.
Effect develops over roughly one to two weeks and wears off gradually over several months, at which point treatment can be repeated. Duration varies between patients.
We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to injectables. Treatment is planned around your anatomy, the areas that concern you, and what you want to change.
Alongside neuromodulators and dermal fillers we offer KYBELLA®, an injectable used to improve the appearance of fullness beneath the chin; Sculptra®, a biostimulator that works by prompting collagen production over time; and PRF injections.
Dermal fillers enhance the face's natural contours and can delay or postpone consideration of a surgical procedure. The hyaluronic acid fillers we use are FDA-approved and fast-acting, with results visible straight away.
We also offer PRF injections, prepared from your own blood, for patients who prefer a natural filler. PRF is not FDA-approved for cosmetic volume, and Dr. Lindley will tell you when a conventional filler is the better choice. Popular treatments include:

BOTOX® is the best known of the neuromodulators and the most widely used. It smooths expression lines on the forehead, at the outer corners of the eyes, and between the eyebrows. It typically begins working within three to five days, and results last around three to four months. Duration varies between patients.
DAXXIFY® is a peptide-stabilized neuromodulator, formulated without human or animal albumin. It is used to smooth frown lines. It begins working within the first two days, and duration varies — in trials the effect lasted longer than other neuromodulators for many patients, up to around six months, though individual results differ.
Dysport® is a neuromodulator that can treat minor, moderate, and severe frown lines and wrinkles on the face. It takes approximately two to four days to begin working, and results can last over four months.

The JUVÉDERM® Collection is a line of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, each formulated for particular areas and concerns. All contain lidocaine, which makes injection more comfortable. Volume is visible straight away, though swelling means the final result settles over one to two weeks. Duration varies by product, area and patient.
One of the longer-lasting hyaluronic acid fillers available. Used to restore volume to the cheeks and to augment the chin.

Sculptra® is a biostimulator containing poly-L-lactic acid. Rather than adding volume directly, it prompts the body to produce its own collagen over the following months.
That means the result is gradual, not immediate — which is the main thing to understand before choosing it. It is used for marionette lines, nasolabial folds and volume loss in the lower face. Most patients need a series of treatments spaced weeks apart. Changes typically become evident within the first twelve weeks and can last a few years, though duration varies between patients.
KYBELLA® is an injectable containing deoxycholic acid, FDA-approved to improve the appearance of submental fullness — the technical term for a double chin. Injected beneath the chin, it disrupts fat cells in the treated area.
Most patients need a series of treatments, and how many depends on the amount of fullness and the result you are after. Once fat cells in the treated area are destroyed they are not expected to return, though this does not prevent future weight gain from affecting the area. Swelling after treatment is expected and can last one to two weeks.
We offer PRF and PRF Gel, injectables prepared from the patient's own blood. PRF contains platelet-rich fibrin, growth factors and platelets, and is used to add volume and to stimulate collagen production in areas of age-related volume loss.
Because the material comes from your own blood there is no risk of allergy to a foreign filler, which is why some patients prefer it. PRF Gel produces a volume increase that is visible sooner, with effects that continue to develop as collagen forms. It is not a substitute for hyaluronic acid filler in every situation, and Dr. Lindley will tell you when a conventional filler is the better choice.

Xeomin® is a neuromodulator purified so that it contains only the active molecule, without the accessory proteins found in other formulations. Some injectors prefer it for patients who have stopped responding well to another product over time. It is used to smooth frown lines between the eyebrows. It begins working within about three to four days, and results typically last three to four months.
Letybo® is the newest neuromodulator available in the United States, FDA-approved in 2024 to smooth frown lines between the eyebrows. It begins working within a few days, and results typically last around four months. Duration varies between patients.
